2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare. When you visit the site, technical data such as your IP address, browser type, requested page and time of access is processed to deliver the site and keep it secure. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and functional website). Cloudflare may process data in the United States. Transfers are covered by the EU US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

3. Web analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. It does not use cookies, does not store information on your device and does not track individuals across websites. We only see aggregated statistics such as page views, referrers, country and device type. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in improving the website).

4. Contact form

If you send us a message through the contact form, we process the information you enter (such as your name, email address, website URL, client type and message) to answer your request. The form submission is passed on to us through the form service Formspark, operated by Trampoline Software SRL, Belgium, which acts as our processor. Formspark stores data within the European Economic Area. Where its service providers are located outside the European Economic Area, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre contractual requests and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We keep your data only as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal retention duties.

5. Guide download forms

When you download a template or checklist from one of our guides, we collect your email address. If you tick the consent box, we also store your consent, the exact wording you agreed to and the time you submitted the form.

We use your email address to give you the file you asked for, based on our legitimate interest in responding to your request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you consent, we may contact you by email about the topic of the guide, such as website migrations or redesigns (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Form submissions are processed by Formspark on our behalf, as described in thecontact form section.

If you did not give consent, we delete your email address after 12 months. If you did, we keep it until you withdraw consent. You can withdraw at any time by emailinghello@developtify.com or replying to any of our emails. Withdrawal does not affect anything we did with your consent before.

6. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process your email address and the content of your message to reply. The legal basis is the same as for the contact form.

7. Cookies

This website does not use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection regarding your personal data. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise your rights, contact us at nem@vunem.dev. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg.

9. Changes

We may update this policy when the website or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page.
